What is your return policy?
All sales are final. If you order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receiving your order. If for any reason you have to return an order, original shipping charges are non-refundable. We will exchange any damaged items.

**NOTE: Our products (particularly lip products) can appear different on everyone based on skin tone and lighting used in the photo. We have done our best to provide pictures of each lip product to allow you to see how it looks on different people.
My order has not arrived. Where is it?
After your order has been shipped, a tracking number is sent through email. Please check your email for the tracking number. If there is a delay or if your package does not show any movement, please contact USPS customer service first to ask them to track the package. The USPS customer service phone number is 1-800-275-8777. They should be able to give you information on the whereabouts of your package. USPS is a company separate from Aboni Cosmetics that we use to ship orders. We are not responsible for stolen or delayed packages.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 7-10 business days. This time may be longer during sales and launches. Business days are Monday-Friday except holidays. Please allow 2-8 weeks for delivery of international orders. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday. The United States Post Office is closed on all major holidays.
How much does shipping cost?
US orders orders are shipped through the United States Post Office. We use First Class shipping which is $5. International orders are also shipped through the USPS. The cost of international shipping depends on the country we are shipping to. We use first class shipping for international orders. The United States Postal Service charges based on the weight of the package and the country the package is being delivered to.
